I have just built this new WordPress blog with the twenty ten theme. It is one of 24 sites I have just built or am in the process of building. This banner was designed in 2 minutes with Adobe Illustrator. When I have more time I will design something better.

The photo in the header was taken by Holly in Cuba after she found this chunk of boat with brass bolts in it buried in sand. I was the Sherpa who carried it back to the resort and then back to Toronto. It could be quite old. It has square nails and course threaded brass bolt with nuts. Very hard wood. Very cool. It may be from a fishing boat or as a friend said a runner.

This is a similar piece, but was too large to bring back. The ocean will swallow this up shortly. Same bolts and nails though.
